Orders:
  • An order will not be guaranteed until we have confirmed via email that it will be undertaken
  • A deposit may be required to secure an order & could be kept if the order is not honoured by the buyer
  • Items are handmade to order - Orders within Australia typically take up to 2-3 weeks for delivery; outside Australia up to 4-6 weeks (these estimates may vary depending on complexity of the job & delivery address)
  • Delivery charges must be paid by the buyer and will be added to the invoice
  • Repairs and alterations may be subject to charges
  • Repairs and alterations will only be free of charge for faulty items and incorrect sizing by the jeweller. Charges apply if you change your mind, or if you were responsible for damaging the item
  • Refunds and exchanges will not be given if you were responsible for damaging the item or changed your mind
  • Mackenzie Meagor Jewellery reserves the right to refuse any order or request submitted
Payments:
  • All major credit cards are accepted
  • Cash & bank transfers are accepted
  • Items must be paid in-full upon receipt of invoice
  • Payment must be made by the date specified on the invoice
  • Payments must not be made until orders have been accepted and an invoice has been issued
  • Items that require postage will incurr postal charges added to the invoice
  • If you are purchasing in another country/currency there will be a currency conversion charge of 3.4% added to your invoice
  • We do not provide a 'Lay-bys' service
